Atlantis Resorts Appoints Paul Baker as President
Atlantis Resorts has appointed Paul Baker as the new President, overseeing Atlantis, The Palm, the region’s first entertainment destination, and Atlantis The Royal, recognised as one of the most ultra-luxury experiential resorts in the world. In time, he will also take on responsibility for Atlantis Sanya in China.
Baker will report directly to Philippe Zuber, CEO of Kerzner International and will be responsible for leading all operations, strategic direction and management, as well as driving the continued growth of Atlantis Dubai. His role will extend to overseeing a range of areas across the destination, including Administrative, Commercial, Retail, Food and Beverage, Banqueting and Events, Marine and Waterpark and Recreational Services.
With nearly two decades of international experience, Baker brings a wealth of expertise to Atlantis Resorts. His distinguished career in hospitality and entertainment across key markets such as Las Vegas, Malaysia, and Macau are a testament to his strong leadership.

Baker joins Atlantis at a key time for the brand. After a fantastic first year, Atlantis The Royal and Atlantis, The Palm continues to break records, achieving the highest revenue till date in resort history for the first half of 2024.
