A Transformational Milestone: Air India’s New Airbus A320 Neo

Arrived at Delhi is the latest Air India addition, the Airbus A320 Neo, slated to begin operations by August 2024 on short-haul routes in the beginning. The aircraft is a registered VT-RTN from Toulouse, France, at New Delhi's IGI Airport.

As India’s most prominent international carrier, Air India has rolled out its first narrowbody aircraft in the new livery. This A320 Neo will have its unique three-class configuration: eight Business Class seats, 24 Premium Economy with extra legroom, and 132 Economy Class seats. This is the first time that premium economy cabins are installed on Air India narrowbody fleet.

The new aircraft, A320 Neo, is all ready to improve domestic travel experience of the people from August 2024. Three new aircrafts have already started serving the domestic network of Air India raising passenger comfort and service.
