VTAA successfully holds its Second AGM
The Vadodara Travel Agents Association , VTAA held its second Annual General Meeting on 9th July 2024 at LVP Banquets. Out of 250 members, 77 of its registered members attended the meeting. Discussion and approval of all agendas have made the meeting a success.
The program was presided over by Manish Shah, President, VTAA; Bhavin Shah, Secretary; Himanshu Mehta, Treasurer; and other committee members. It started with the presidential welcome speech, after which he presented the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement. Bhavin Patel concluded the meeting with a closing speech after the discussions and resulting views of the agents and other formalities. The program was then concluded with a fellowship dinner.
These supportive interactions and discussions among agents made people realize why VTAA was formed and how forming such an association is a boon.
